Special-Order Items

  • Special-order items are not stocked in our warehouse
  • Orders may not be cancelled after placement
  • Products cannot be returned unless defective
  • Defective items can be returned for exchange only
  • Usually drop-shipped from the manufacturer within 1-2 weeks

Terms of Sale

Priority 1 Computer Service Ltd. reserves the right to limit quantities on any item sold, and to change the pricing of any item, at any time, without prior notice. As a protection to our customers, when the shipping address differs from the billing address, there may, in some cases, be a delay in the ship date until verification that the cardholder and buyer are the same.

Errors on Our Website

We do our best to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, thorough, and up-to-date. However, there may be instances of inaccurate or incomplete data, including availability and/or price. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is current, complete, or free from errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update our website at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing errors and/or inaccuracies, including those already submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged. We will issue a full refund to the original pay type if your order is canceled after your payment has been processed.

Returns / Replacements / Money-Back Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Priority 1 Computer Service Ltd., your items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or a full credit (minus shipping) to your account.

  • As long as the item is un-opened, as-received, resalable condition, no restocking fee will be charged. We will not allow returns that have missing parts, damaged, used, or cannot be resold as new. Installed, wired, and/or registered items are not accepted for return unless defective. Any items returned as defective but that are tested to be fully functional, are charged a minimum 15% restocking charge (you may elect to have the item shipped back to you).
  • Confirmed defective items that are covered under a warranty will be replaced or refunded at no additional charge. Any costs incurred while shipping a return back to us are the purchasers' responsibility, unless the return is a result of our shipping error. Products no longer part of our current product line will have to be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement.
  • ALL returns MUST have an RMA# issued by a Priority 1 Computer Service Ltd. associate. Packages returned to Priority 1 Computer Service Ltd. without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Please call 250-475-7510 (have your invoice number ready) or email p1cs@shaw.ca and provide us with the following information: Your name, invoice number, list of items you wish to return, a brief description of the EXACT problem you are having, and whether you would like a refund or replacement.
  • If you opt for an immediate replacement of a returned item; we will temporarily charge you for the replacement item (less shipping charges) and will refund this charge once the return is received and processed as defective. You can also opt to have the replacement shipped after we receive and process your return.
  • For your protection, we recommend you ship returns to us with a tracking number and insurance from the carrier. Priority 1 Computer Service Ltd. is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a credit card purchase will be refunded to the original purchaser's card. Purchases made with checks, cash, or money orders will be refunded by check. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.
  • All "Clearance" items sales are final and no returns will be processed unless defective. Due to copyright restrictions, books, manuals, and software may not be returned unless the product is defective.

Confidentiality

The information you provide to Priority 1 on any of our forms will be kept strictly confidential and will not be made available to any person or company outside of Priority 1 for any reason.
